Manifesting can seem like a chore when you are in a negative state.

Being negative is only a state of mind and not a state of being.

There's is always a way to bring yourself out of unhappy place and feel the joy around you and in you. Check out my article 5 Ways To Stay Positive With Miserable People All Around You.

I try not to let other people affect my mood. I don't want to give up control of how I feel or how I act to someone else. It's not always easy though and once you get caught up in the feeling of negativity you really have to recognize it and bring yourself back up. But you wouldn't be reading this if you were not already an aware person.

Meditation is a great way to calm down and focus the mind. If you have problems doing meditation - like becoming relaxed enough to let your mind release it's thoughts - then I recommend guided meditation.

I just recently found this site by Anthony DAgostino and he's talking about "How to Eliminate Stress And Anxiety From Your Life & Regain Mastery Of Your Thoughts!" enriched with abundance, good fortune, and success!

I'd signed up for his Guided Meditation Tour Down The "Lazy River" the Mystical Land of Deep Relaxation & Contentment!. It's like a guided meditation. There's a woman talking and she helps you get relaxed. And if you follow along with the imagery it actually is very relaxing. I would recommmend laying down or being in a very comfortable sitting position.

Another form of guided mediation is Binaural Beats. My article - Binaural Beats Are Excellent For Guided Meditation - gives a brief explanation of what they are and how I used them for meditation.

Besides meditation they can help your health in a number of ways like reducing stress, anxiety, and they can even help you to manfiest better.

I get all my binaural beats from the unexplainable store and I highly recommend trying them out.

Everyday I learn more about manifesting and how I'm affecting what I bring into my life. Soon I'm going to start a blog about it. What I learn, how I apply it and what comes from it.

But for now we've manifested tons in the last few years and I feel big stuff coming for us.

I love knowing that we are bringing ONLY what we want into our life and that the life of our dreams is ours for the taking.
