Manifesting can seem like a chore when you are in a negative state.
Being negative is only a state of mind and not a state of being.
I try not to let other people affect my mood. I don't want to give up control of how I feel or how I act to someone else. It's not always easy though and once you get caught up in the feeling of negativity you really have to recognize it and bring yourself back up. But you wouldn't be reading this if you were not already an aware person.
Meditation is a great way to calm down and focus the mind. If you have problems doing meditation - like becoming relaxed enough to let your mind release it's thoughts - then I recommend guided meditation.

Besides meditation they can help your health in a number of ways like reducing stress, anxiety, and they can even help you to manfiest better.
Everyday I learn more about manifesting and how I'm affecting what I bring into my life. Soon I'm going to start a blog about it. What I learn, how I apply it and what comes from it.
But for now we've manifested tons in the last few years and I feel big stuff coming for us.
I love knowing that we are bringing ONLY what we want into our life and that the life of our dreams is ours for the taking.
